The school badge and its moral:

Rotundity in the design embodies the beliefs of all nationalities' solidarity and peaceful coexistence.
"HaDa" symbolizes sanctity, eminence and honesty. It embodies teachers' and students' moral state and spirit pursue.
"HaDa" is also the transformative form of the first letters NMD in Bopomofo of "NeiMinDa", simple and perspicuous.
4. The blue color signifies the vast grassland and far-flung sky. The employment of blue color not only reflects intense ethnical characteristics and regional culture, but also symbolizes the more promising future that prosperous Inner Mongolian University for the Nationalities is heading for.
5. It is in 1958 that Inner Mongolia University for the Nationalities was founded, so the label serves as a visual impression of her history.
6. Three kinds of characters (Mongolian, Chinese and English) are employed for the name of the university, which fully embodies the trend of nationality and internationalization.
